Sharon Sidell, Ph.D
Founder & CEO
Sharon Sidell is a seasoned consultant renowned for her expertise in enhancing operational efficiencies and reducing costs for corporate clients, with a special focus on healthcare systems. Since founding S.L. Sidell & Associates in 2004, she has successfully guided many clients in the greater Chicago region to successful organizational restructuring.
She thrives on collaborating with innovative and driven individuals, committed to helping business owners navigate through challenging economic landscapes. Dr. Sidell empowers her clients to achieve success amidst the complexities of a constantly evolving marketplace.
Dr. Sidell’s academic credentials include undergraduate and graduate degrees, culminating in a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. Her focus includes the development of organizational culture, strategic planning, and organizational restructuring.
